City Camp Tutoring

City Camp Kidz Club!

Join the City Camp Kidz Club and shine above the rest. City Camp offers tutoring services in Language Arts, Reading, and Math for students in grades K-12.  We are an approved Michigan State-wide SES Provider, offering free services to students who attend schools that have not met Annual Yearly Progress (AYP) and are eligible for free or reduced lunch.

For students who do not attend AYP schools, tutoring is offered at affordable rates. Join the City Camp Kidz Club and watch your child soar above the rest!

SERVICES

Enrolling in City Camp Kids Club will allow you take advantage of any of the following services 7 days a week either in home or at an approved tutoring site near you!

• One on One Tutoring

• Group Tutoring  (min.  3 – 5 max)

• Homework Help

• ACT and SAT prep

• Study Skills and Test Taking 

TUTORS

All City Camp Kidz Club tutors go through state and federal background checks as well as drug testing. Tutors range from State Certified Teachers to College Students. Each tutor goes through an extensive training program covering our philosophy, the overview of our program, and tutoring strategies. If you are interested in obtaining a Tutoring position with us, please send your resume to staff1@detroitsummercamp.com. 

METHODS

City Camp Kidz Club offers a research-based comprehensive tutorial program for grades K-12. We provide customized lessons and materials based on individualized student needs.  Our curriculum and methodology are specifically designed to improve student academic achievement.
