City Camp believes every child is entitled to a wonderful summer. That’s why we work had to ensure we hire the best and most qualified staff for our programs.

All City Camp staff is carefully selected from a large pool of applicants that includes area teachers, professionals in the fields of instruction, college students from around the country and returning camp veterans.

All City Camp staff members possess experience, maturity, enthusiasm, a love for children and a strong desire to be a positive role model. All Staff undergo extensive interviewing, background checks and in-dept training. We work hard to ensure a safe and protected environment where all campers can grow, learn and explore.
