1. Mailed to: City Camp Inc. 1131 W. Warren, Suite 105 Detroit, MI 48201
2. Hand delivered to: Friends School. 1100 St.Aubin, Detroit, MI 48207
3. Brought to camp on students first day.

Registration fees must accompany all applications. (Check or Money Order Only)
